Center participation in Dubai Summer Surprises Activities 2008 concludes
The participation of the center in Dubai Summer Surprises Activities which were organized by the Economic Development Department and continued from 19-6-2008 till 22-8-2008 has concluded with a distinctive fair about the Emirates containing historical pictures and documents stating the history and heritage of the U. A. E. in the heritage part at Mudhesh Fun City- Dubai Airport.
The fair contained more than 50 pictures about the U. A. E., the late H. H. Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al- Nahyan, and H. H. Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al-Maktoum, stating a very important period in the history of federation of the U. A. E. and the political relations with the Arabs and western countries. The fair also contained a group of figures’ pictures such as poets, educators and scholars who enriched the scientific and cultural life of the U. A. E., in addition to the historical documents indicating the main important correspondences between the educators and rulers, and the internal and external correspondences.
