Delegation from the Islamic Archeology House visits Juma Al Majid Center
A delegation from the Islamic Archeology House of the Kuwaiti National Museum visited Juma Al Majid Center for Culture and Heritage on 26/7/2008, headed by Mr. Abdel Rahman Al Ajmy, the manager of the advertising and technical programs and the public relations in the house, In order to get acquainted with the experience of the center in serving heritage and culture.
The delegation met with Dr. Mohammed Yasir Amro, the Assistant Director General of the center, who welcomed the positive cooperation between the center and the Kuwaiti National Museum in the scientific and cultural fields.
The delegation toured throughout the different departments of the center and the Restoration Factory related to the center in which he was received by Dr. Bassam Al Daghstany, the head of Processing, Preservation and Restoration Department, who gave a full explanation about the processes of preservation, processing and manual and automatic restoration which is presented by the center to serve researchers and scholars inside and outside the Emirates
