(Skills & Techniques of Customer Service) at Juma Al Majid Center
Within the activity of the Summer Cultural Season , Dr Mohammed Yaser Amro delivered a lecture entitled “skills & techniques of customer service” attended by 32 trainees from Imam Malik College, Dubai Department of Health, Ajman Medical Region, Beit al Khair Society, Dubai Courts, Al Majid Motors in addition to some employees from Juma Al Majid Center.
At the beginning of the lecture Dr. Mohammed explained the importance and effect of customer service on the profits and losses of companies and institutions.
Dr. Amro concentrated on the importance of liking work and serving customer, in the first axis he spoke about the meaning of service as it is a social interaction between the service’s supplier and customer aiming to achieve interest for both of them, on the second axis he spoke about the services needed by customer such as the receiving of product on the agreed date and place, ready for use, reasonable price and after sale service.
Dr. Amro mentioned the best modern ways of dealing with customers, on the forth axis he indicated that both employee and customer should be on right. He spoke about the moment of truth between the customer and the company and it is considered the main cause of success, at the end of the course Dr. Mohammed handed over the certificates of participation for trainees.
