BBC British praises the center's restoration laboratory and considers it the largest in the Middle East

BBC British channel published on its TV, Facebook page and YouTube a video report on the restoration laboratory of Juma Al Majid Center for Culture and Heritage, which preserves manuscripts, documents and books, and considered it the largest in the Middle East in preserving human heritage.

BBC broadcaster Nassim Ramadan gave an exclusive interview with His Excellency Juma Al Majid, Head of the Center, in which His Excellency spoke to the channel about the center’s role in preserving heritage by collecting manuscripts and old books from all over the world and placing them in the center’s library so that the student and researcher can benefit from them in his studies.

His Excellency Juma Al Majid also confirmed in the interview that his message translated by the center is to save any book in the world, and said: “I consider myself responsible for saving any book that is liable to perishable in the world, in any language, and whatever its subject or author, because the book represents a civilized legacy of humanity.

The BBC has shed light on the restoration and maintenance equipment that the center has manufactured, developed and supplied to many cultural and educational institutions inside and outside the country.
