Juma Al Majid Center organizes a lecture "The foundations of building e-government in light of the modern management of documents and archives."

Juma Al Majid Center for Culture and Heritage in Dubai organized a virtual distance lecture entitled “Foundations of building e-government in light of the modern management of documents and archives,” presented by Dr. Taha Muhammad Noor, Scientific Supervisor of Documents and Archives at the Juma Al Majid Center for Culture and Heritage, and attended by 98  participants those interested in the field of documents, archives and digital transformation.

Dr. Taha Muhammad Nour spoke in the lecture about the modern concept of e-government, its objectives and its importance in achieving flexibility and speed in accomplishing and managing government work and providing services to those seeking it remotely on line, and he gave an example of that the UAE and how it succeeded in responding quickly to the data of the "Covid-19 crisis" "And it was able to run work in its own departments and companies as well by applying remote work mechanisms." The lecture presented the requirements for building e-government, which includes the necessities of conventional control with a perception of the sources of conventionality, as well as the role of modern management of documents and archives in the establishment of building e-government with an explanation of the elements of current intermediate document management, and how to build a system for managing documents and electronic documents.
