Juma Al Majid Center for Culture and Heritage in Dubai, concluded the second day of a virtual remote workshop entitled “The era of digitization, management and leadership of institutional change – challenges and opportunities”, presented by Dr. Tariq Rasheed, an expert in institutional development and an international consultant accredited by the United Nations,and It was attended by 100 participants and participants from different countries.
The workshop aimed to shed light on the fundamentals of change management in organizations, to help participants, departments and leaders alike to cope with change, resist the conflicts arising from it, and to address effective methods of dealing with those who reject it.
