A delegation from Sharjah Heritage Institute visited the center on Monday 14 September 2020, with the aim of reviewing the center’s experiences in the field of libraries and manuscripts, and discussing ways of cooperation in common areas between the center and the institute. The delegation included: Dr. Abdullah bin Hammouda Al Ketbi, Academic Advisor to the Institute and The Director of the Academic Administration, and Bushra Al-Saadi, Director of the Institute’s Libraries.
The delegation was received by Dr. Mohamed Kamel Gad, General Manager of the Center, Ms. Sheikha Al-Mutairi, Head of the Culture and Patriotism Department, and Mr. Anwar Al Dhaheri, Head of the Center’s Public Relations Division, who accompanied them on a tour of the Center’s departments, during which they visited the exhibition march of giving and the reading room in which they viewed The services provided to researchers and the Private Libraries Department, and the delegation also visited the original manuscript treasury of the Manuscripts Department.
