A delegation from the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs in the Republic of Sudan visits the center
Juma Al Majid Center for Culture and Heritage in Dubai received a delegation from the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs in the Republic of Sudan.
The visit aims to learn about the center’s experience in digitizing documents, in addition to reviewing the modern methods used by the center in preserving documents, books and manuscripts.
The delegation was received by Dr. Muhammad Kamel Gad, Director General of Juma Al Majid Center for Culture and Heritage, and Anwar Al Dhaheri, Head of the Public Relations Division at the Centre. The Director General of the Center welcomed the delegation and spoke about the role that the Center plays in preserving human heritage through the support it provides Mr. Juma Al-Majed, President of the Center, for many institutions, universities and cultural centers around the world. He also explained to the delegation the digital transformation operations that the center carries out on a daily basis through the center’s digital imaging laboratory and electronic archiving system.
