a Workshop on Google Analytics

Juma Al Majid Center for Culture and Heritage in Dubai organized a workshop titled “Google Analytics: From Numbers to Strategies,” conducted by Ms. Samia Ayash, a journalist and digital media trainer. The workshop was attended by 35 participants interested in the topic.
The workshop aimed to familiarize participants with the key analytical and quantitative elements available in Google Analytics to understand website performance, including visits, views, the countries visitors come from, and the time visitors spend on the site.
The workshop covered several topics, most notably: the use of Google Analytics for content evaluation, the key terms and analyses available for assessing performance, building media strategies and plans based on Google Analytics, and understanding the potential of using Google Analytics to identify audiences and enhance user experience on websites.
The workshop saw significant interaction from the participants, who asked numerous questions to Ms. Samia Ayash, such as how to access the analytics, whether the tools are free or paid, and how to register websites on Google Analytics. The trainer answered all these questions.
At the conclusion of the workshop, Dr. Mohammed Kamal Jad, the Director-General of the center, honored Ms. Samia Ayash for her outstanding performance during the workshop. Certificates were then distributed to the participants.
