Cultural cooperation between the center and the Turkish Libraries Dr. Bassam Daghestani representative of Juma Al Majid Center for Culture and Heritage, visited the Republic of Turkey on August 18 in order to promote cultural relations and agreements signed between the center and a number of important libraries in Turkey. Dr. Bassam Head of conservation and restoration treatment at the center met with a number of officials in many libraries in each of the Turkish city of Konya and Istanbul, including Director General of Turkey manuscripts Professor Mohiuddin Majid, and director library Mmelta and Director of the Library Museum of Mevlana Jalaluddin Rumi and the central library in the city of Konya. The meetings focused on activating cultural cooperation channels to serve the Arab and Islamic heritage and human heritage in general, and it was agreed to organize a course in restoration of manuscripts in Turkey in October with all libraries Turkey experts in the field of conservation, treatment and restoration of manuscripts .
