Juma Al Majid Center for Culture and Heritage in Dubai organized a virtual lecture entitled “The Collection of Manuscripts of Sheikh Muhammad Ayyad Al-Tantawi”, which is one of the most important manuscripts of the Eastern Department at Saint Petersburg State University in Russia. The lecture was presented by Professor Nikolai Dyakov, Head of the Department of History of Middle Eastern Countries at the Faculty of Asian and African Studies at Saint Petersburg State University.
The Center aims to build bridges of cultural cooperation with cultural institutions and international scientific universities in all countries of the world, in addition to shedding light on oriental manuscripts in those universities and institutions, and highlighting the role of Arab and Muslim scholars in disseminating the sciences and heritage of those manuscripts.
