As part of the summer cultural program organized by the Juma Al Majid Center for Culture and Heritage in Dubai, the Center held a training workshop on Thursday, 19 June 2025, entitled “Using ChatGPT from A to Z.”
The workshop was conducted by Ms. Samia Ayesh, a journalist and trainer specializing in digital media and innovation, and was attended by 50 participants from various government and private institutions.
The workshop aimed to enable participants to use ChatGPT effectively by understanding how it works and exploring its various plugins to achieve the best possible results.
The program covered an introduction to the concept of generative artificial intelligence and its key features, an explanation of how ChatGPT functions and its diverse applications, as well as a discussion of the ethical aspects associated with the use of AI tools, particularly those related to digital assistance.
The workshop also featured an interactive discussion on the potential threats that AI technologies may pose to the job market and emphasized the importance of fostering awareness and critical thinking when using such tools.
At the conclusion of the workshop, Dr. Mohammed Kamel Jad, Director General of the Juma Al Majid Center, expressed his gratitude and appreciation to Ms. Samia Ayesh for delivering rich content and outstanding performance, and presented her with a certificate of appreciation.
