Within the activities of the summer cultural season, the Juma Al Majid Center for Culture and Heritage in Dubai organized, on Thursday, July 13, 2023 AD, a training course entitled “Institutional Loyalty and Work Ethics”, presented by Dr. Abdul Qadir Al-Adaki, a training and coaching expert, and was attended by (25) trainees from many governmental and private agencies and interested parties.
The course dealt with several axes, most notably: the definition of institutional loyalty, the distinctive features of positive or negative work ethics, building work teams and its relationship to increasing institutional loyalty, the role of supervision processes in building and supporting institutional loyalty, and practical models for building institutional loyalty.
