Juma Al Majid Center for Culture and Heritage in Dubai organized a virtual lecture On Monday, April 12, 2021 entitled ” Ramadan is the crown of the months”, presented by Dr. Mahmoud Muhammad Saeed Andani, imam and preacher of Al Futtaim Mosque in Dubai.
This center aim from organizing this lecture to exploit the holy month of Ramadan.
In his lecture, Sheikh Andani dealt with several topics that included the importance of fasting, the virtues of the month of Ramadan, the reason for its name, and reviewed the hypothesis of fasting in Islam and the previous heavenly laws, and why Ramadan was the greatest of months? What are the characteristics, advantages and virtues that God bestowed on the nation in this blessed month? And how was the condition of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and the condition of the righteous predecessors in Ramadan? How do we imitate them and their zeal in worship? And how do we organize our time and worship to make us winners of God’s mercy and grace?.
