Juma Al Majid Center organizes a workshop entitled “Skills for Dealing with Job Burnout”

the Juma Al Majid Center for Culture and Heritage in Dubai concluded a virtual workshop on the electronic platform entitled “Skills for Dealing with Job Burnout” On Thursday, March 25, 2021,, presented by Dr. Abdul Qader Al-Adaki, a training and coaching expert, and attended by a large number of people interested in the field of human development.
The workshop dealt with a number of themes, most notably: the concept of job and psychological burnout and its impact on the work environment in institutions and companies, productivity and quality of life, job and psychological burnout syndrome, vulnerable groups and its indicators, the three phases of responding to job and psychological burnout and its manifestations, and the basic steps that must be taken to avoid infection with burnout syndrome The job, and finally the responsibility of leading and managing institutions and companies to reduce the phenomenon of job and psychological burnout to increase productivity and raise performance.
