In collaboration with Al Seehati Cultural Exchange Center in London, Juma Al Majid Center for Culture and Heritage in Dubai concluded a specialized course titled “Applications of Artificial Intelligence in Human Resource Management” on Thursday, May 4th. The course took place over two days, the third and fourth of the mentioned month, and was presented by Dr. Hala Fawzi Al-Miniaoui, a consultant and trainer in human development. The course was attended by 27 participants from various government and private institutions in the country.
The course aimed to shed light on the role of artificial intelligence in improving human life, serving humanity, and assisting it in various tasks and fields. This is achieved through the construction of digital computer systems capable of performing tasks similar to human tasks and with high intelligence.
The course covered several topics, including the concept of artificial intelligence, its requirements, and its foundations in training. It also delved into applications and foundations of artificial intelligence in administrative work, its various aspects within human resource management, the strategic implementation of artificial intelligence in advanced countries, and the steps to develop the infrastructure for artificial intelligence applications.
