Juma Al Majid Center participates in a forum on the management of heritage institutions in Cairo

Juma Al Majid Center for Culture and Heritage in Dubai participated in the Forum of Successful Administrative Experiences and Practices for the year 2022 AD under the title “Management of Heritage Institutions”, which was organized by the Arab Organization for Administrative Development, during the seventh and eighth days of June, in cooperation with the Institute of Arabic Manuscripts, at its headquarters in Cairo, headed by Dr. Nasser Al-Qahtani, Director General of the Organization, and Dr. Murad Al-Rifi, Director of the Institute of Arabic Manuscripts, in the presence of a number of directors of Arab cultural institutions in the Arab world.
The forum aimed to introduce successful experiences in the management and management of heritage centers, and to raise awareness among those responsible for heritage institutions in order to preserve Arab heritage, in addition to establishing bridges of communication between the concerned authorities inside and outside the Arab world in the interest of Arab heritage.
The Center was represented by Dr. Muhammad Kamel Jad, Director General of the Center, who presented a working paper entitled “Efforts of the Juma Al Majid Center for Culture and Heritage in Indexing Manuscripts and Building Databases”.
