The Juma Al Majid Center for Culture and Heritage in Dubai participated on Thursday, October 17, 2024, in the activities of the Arab Document Exhibition organized by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai, held at its headquarters in Al Qusais.
The center’s participation included a workshop on manual restoration of documents and manuscripts, presented by Mr. Mohammed Al Dali, Head of the Manual Restoration Department, along with an exhibition of original manuscripts that had suffered damage due to improper storage.
The exhibition witnessed broad participation from several heritage and archive-related organizations, including the National Library, the Sharjah Documents Department, the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Center for Heritage Revival, and Iron Mountain, a company specializing in innovative services for storing, protecting, and managing information and assets.
