Juma Al Majid Receives Honorary Fellowship from London Business School

London Business School, headquartered in the British capital, has awarded H.E. Juma Al Majid, Chairman of the Juma Al Majid Center for Culture and Heritage in Dubai, an Honorary Fellowship in recognition of his remarkable career and outstanding contributions to business, culture, education, and philanthropy at both the local and international levels.
A delegation from London Business School traveled to Dubai specifically to present the medal and the Honorary Fellowship certificate. The delegation included Prof. Sergei Guriev, Dean of the School; Dr. Emily A. Rubin, Associate Dean for Advancement; and Dr. David Nicholas, Associate Director. The ceremony was attended by Abdullah Khalid Al Majid and Majid Khalid Al Majid.
The School had previously announced the award during its annual graduation ceremony held in London, which was attended by the Chairman of the Board, several faculty members, and the families of the graduates. During the ceremony, Dr. Luisa Alemany, Associate Professor of Management Practice in Strategy and Entrepreneurship, delivered a speech praising H.E. Juma Al Majid’s efforts in supporting culture, education, and entrepreneurship.
Following her address, the Chairman of the Board delivered a speech in which he stated:
“It is a great honor for me to present this medal, and I ask you all to join me in congratulating H.E. Juma Al Majid in recognition of his exceptional contributions and profound impact over a lifetime of generosity and achievement.”
It is worth noting that London Business School, founded in 1964, is renowned for its distinguished academic programs, which have earned it a leading position among the world’s top educational institutions. The school has graduated around 50,000 professionals from 156 countries.
