Minister of Public Affairs at the Royal Court of the Kingdom of Bahrain Visits Juma Al Majid Center

A delegation from the Kingdom of Bahrain, headed by H.E. Dr. Majid bin Ali Al-Nuaimi, Minister of Public Affairs at the Royal Court, visited the Juma Al Majid Center for Culture and Heritage in Dubai on Friday, 17 October 2025. The delegation included Mr. Abdulrahman Hadi Al-Shammari, Mr. Ahmed Mohammed Abbad, and Ms. Najla Ali Al-Dossari. They were received by Dr. Mohammed Kamel Gad, Director General of the Center, and Mr. Anwar Al-Dhaheri, Head of Public Relations and Media. The visit aimed to learn about the Center’s activities and explore its role in promoting culture and preserving heritage.
During the meeting, H.E. Dr. Majid bin Ali Al-Nuaimi praised the Center’s distinguished efforts in safeguarding human heritage. He presented the Center with a symbolic gift—Dilmun seals—considered among the most prominent archaeological artifacts representing the ancient Dilmun civilization that flourished in the Kingdom of Bahrain during the third millennium BCE.
For his part, Dr. Mohammed Kamel Gad expressed his gratitude to His Excellency for the visit and the valuable gift, conveying to him the greetings of H.E. Juma Al Majid, Chairman of the Center.
The delegation then toured several departments of the Center, beginning with the “Journey of Giving” exhibition, followed by a visit to the Special Libraries Section, where they reviewed collections from the private libraries of notable Arab scholars, writers, and intellectuals.
At the conclusion of the visit, H.E. Dr. Majid bin Ali Al-Nuaimi conveyed his thanks and appreciation to the Center’s staff, commending their substantial efforts in preserving and safeguarding human heritage.
