President of the Economic Forum for Sustainable Development and a member of the British Royal Society of Sciences visits Juma Al Majid Center

Dr. Manahel Thabet, President of the Economic Forum for Sustainable Development and a member of the British Royal Society of Sciences, visited the Juma Al Majid Center for Culture and Heritage, with the aim of learning about the center and the role it plays in the field of spreading culture and preserving heritage.
Among the recipients of the guest were Mr. Abdullah Khaled Al-Majid, Dr. Muhammad Kamel Jad, Director General of the Center, Ms. Sheikha Al-Mutairi, Head of the National Culture Department, and Mr. Anwar Al-Dhaheri, Head of the Public Relations Division at the Center.
Dr. Manahel toured the departments of the center, starting with the exhibition “The Journey of Giving”, in which she saw pictures of the foreign visits made by the founder of the center, Mr. Juma Al Majid, to many countries of the world, and the agreements he concluded in the name of the center with cultural institutions and various international universities, and then she went to the private libraries section. It contains more than 120 private libraries for senior Arab scholars, writers and intellectuals. She concluded her tour by visiting the Manuscripts Department, where she was briefed on the original and illustrated manuscripts and how to preserve and index them.
