Dr. Salim Alwan Al-Husseini, Secretary General of Dar Al-Fatwa in Australia, visited Juma Al Majid Center for Culture and Heritage in Dubai on Monday, August 17, 2026. He was received by Dr. Mohammed Kamel Jad, Director General of the Center, and Mr. Anwar Al-Dhaheri, Head of the Public Relations Department.
During the visit, Sheikh Dr. Salim Alwan Al-Husseini learned about the services the Center provides to researchers and the diverse scholarly resources and references it offers, including books and manuscripts. He also toured the “Journey of Giving” exhibition and viewed photographs documenting Mr. Juma Al Majid’s visits to various countries around the world, aimed at strengthening the Center’s relationships with cultural institutions and libraries and enhancing cooperation with them.
At the end of the visit, Sheikh Dr. Salim Alwan Al-Husseini expressed his gratitude to the Center for its warm welcome, praising its pioneering role in serving heritage and providing access to knowledge resources for researchers and those interested in the field.
