Workshop on Design Thinking to Enhance Institutional Innovation

Juma Al Majid Center for Culture and Heritage in Dubai organized a workshop titled “Design Thinking to Enhance Institutional Innovation.” The session was led by Dr. Hanna Moussa Al-Jarrah, a consultant and partner at Meirc Training & Consulting, and was attended by 27 participants from various government and private sector entities in the UAE.
The workshop aimed to equip participants with creative thinking skills and practical strategies to foster institutional innovation. It focused on several key areas, including analyzing challenges and solving problems innovatively, enhancing creativity and innovation in decision-making, and integrating these elements into institutional processes to achieve sustainable competitive excellence. Additionally, the workshop covered design thinking tools and techniques to improve team capabilities in implementing creative ideas and fostering collaboration within organizations.
Participants actively engaged with the workshop topics, discussing the challenges they face both personally and professionally. The session provided innovative solutions to support flexible and creative work environments.
At the conclusion of the workshop, the Juma Al Majid Center expressed its appreciation to Dr. Al-Jarrah for his outstanding presentation and honored him with a certificate of appreciation. Participation certificates were also distributed to attendees in recognition of their commitment and active engagement.
